(Cleveland)  --  Slick and sloppy roads will be a major factor for Cleveland-area commuters today.  The National Weather Service says snow is changing over to sleet and freezing rain, leaving a glaze of ice on the roads.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 1 p.m. because of the wintry mix.  Icy road conditions have caused “Level 3” snow emergencies in Erie, Huron, Sandusky and Ottawa counties until further notice.  A pipe burst at the downtown Heinen's grocery store.  The store is open while they clean it up.
