(Cleveland) -- RTA is offering its transit centers to people who need to escape the cold. The transit agency's hubs in Maple Heights, Fairview Park and Parma are being kept open 24 hours, along with the West 117th Street and Windermere rapid transit stations. RTA officials say rides to the transit centers will be free.
