(Rocky River) - One person is dead after a fatal fire in Rocky River at a condominium complex. It started out around 6:30a.m. Thursday morning. Flames and thick black smoke could be seen shooting from the windows of the home when firefighters arrived. An 87-year old woman was killed, a woman in her 20's was rushed to the hospital. The Fire Marshal and the ATF are investigating the cause of the fire.
