(Columbus, OH)  --  People planning on stocking up on liquor for New Year's Eve are being reminded to plan ahead.  Ohio Department of Commerce officials say some state liquor stores may be closed Sunday, and others aren't allowed to sell booze until after 11 a.m.  Some retailers may choose to close early for the holiday, so shoppers are urged to call ahead.
