(Chicago) - A Columbus priest is dead after apparently jumping from a high-rise hotel in Chicago. Forty-four year old Father James Csaszar died from multiple injuries after leaping from the hotel in downtown Chicago Wednesday night.
Father Csaszar had recently been suspended by the Columbus Catholic Diocese for questionable texts and phone calls with a minor.
He was also under investigation for misuse of funds while pastor of Saint Rose Church in New Lexington outside of Columbus. No charges had been filed against Csaszar but police seized media devices as evidence.
