(Cleveland)  --  The Cleveland Browns' recent disastrous seasons is taking a toll on its fan base.  Attendance this season fell to its lowest point since the team returned to the NFL in 1999, with an average of just under 64,000 fans per game.  Only 56,434 people clicked the turnstiles this past Sunday, the lowest since the original Browns' last home game in 1995.
