CLEVELAND - Larissa Maria Rodriquez, 34, who lives at 1361 W. 80th Street in Cleveland, was taken into custody by the Cleveland Police in the case of her missing 5-year-old son, Jordan Rodriquez, who is believed to be endangered. Officers responded to her home on Monday morning when they were tipped off from a third party caller from Pakistan stating there was a child buried in the back yard.  Rodriquez originally claimed her son was in Houston with paternal relatives but was unable to provide further information to the whereabouts of Jordan.

The tipster caller also claims that Jordan’s step father, Christopher Rodriquez, who is currently in Medina County jail, found the boy unresponsive two months ago and buried him in the backyard.  He has not been charged in this case.

Cleveland Police conducted a search of the yard with cadaver dogs on Monday which produced negative results. Detectives are continuing their investigation and have obtained a search warrant for the property. This matter remains under investigation.
