(Cleveland)-The city has released surveillance video taken in early December, when agents from the FBI, the IRS and the Department of Housing and Urban Development all came to city hall after the close of business.
The agents were there four hours.
The video shows the agents getting off an elevator on an upper floor of city hall, and shows them again getting back into the elevator, this time carrying documents and other items. Some are said to involve a company owned by the city's Chief Construction Inspector.
