(Parma Heights, OH) -- A Parma Heights mother is behind bars, accused of allowing her kids to live in a filthy home. Police say Samaria Kyle was found drunk with her four young children running around outside her Big Creek Parkway home last week, and dirty dishes, garbage and food scattered inside. Kyle is charged with child endangering and causing a disturbance. The children are living with their grandparents.
