(Euclid, OH) -- The driver who became a poster child for aggressive police tactics in Euclid is being cleared of charges against him. The attorney for Richard Hubbard the Third says resisting arrest and other charges were dropped yesterday on the basis of police brutality. A viral video posted in August shows Hubbard being dragged out of his car during a traffic stop and punched while being restrained. Euclid Police Officer Michael Amiott was fired for his actions.
