The Cavaliers have traded fan favorite Richard Jefferson, along with Kay Felder to the Atlanta Hawks for the rights to two players in the European league.
On Saturday, the Cavs announced that they have acquired the draft rights to forward Dimitrios Agravanis and guard Sergey Gladyr from the Hawks in exchange for Jefferson, Felder, two future second round draft picks and cash considerations, Cavaliers GM Koby Altman announced from Cleveland Clinic Courts.
