(Cleveland) -- Hundreds of paper dolls will go on display in downtown Cleveland today to raise awareness of "dreamers." The dolls are signed by registered Ohio voters who want Congress to pass the DREAM Act, a measure that would allow children brought into the U.S. illegally to stay and become citizens. There are 14-thousand eligible "dreamers" in Ohio, nearly half of whom are protected from deportation under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
