(Cleveland) - Cleveland Schools officials are getting help with attracting and retaining talented teachers. A one-million-dollar grant from the Mid-American Conference will support the "Teaching Cleveland" program. The program allows the Cleveland Schools and teachers' union to collaborate in recruiting and developing teachers, while providing mentoring opportunities to the new hires.
