(Cleveland) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Maurice Stewart. Stewart is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for federal firearms and drug violations. Stewart is also wanted by the Detroit Police Department for homicide. Stewart is a suspect in numerous other homicides that have occurred in Canton, Ohio; North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Stewart, 40, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 200 pounds. Stewart is known to frequent the areas of Akron, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan. Stewart is known to drive rental cars and frequents dancer bars.
