Cleveland Indians Release 2018 Schedule

(Cleveland) - The Indians have released their 2018 schedule, a season which they will open and close on the road.

The season will open Thursday, March 29 at Seattle, and conclude Sunday, September 30, against Central Division foe Kansas City.

The home opener will be Friday, April 6, when the Indians host the Royals.

After a 10-game homestand, the Tribe will play two games against the Minnesota Twins in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Interleague games in 2018 will be against the National League Central Division, including the Cubs, Brewers, Reds, Cardinals, and Pirates.

There will be 10-game homestands in April and July, and a nine-game road trip at the end of June, stretching into July.  13 of the final 16 games will be against Central Division teams.

Times of the games have yet to be announced.
