On August 25, 2017, at approximately 11:37 AM, a man described as a black male in his 30's, approximately 5'7", medium build, with some facial hair, wearing a pink button down shirt with a tie and a baseball cap, entered the Chase Bank located at 5400 Mayfield Road in Lyndhurst. He waited in line for an available teller before handing her a detailed threatening demand note. The teller complied with the demand and the subject fled the bank. No direction or mode of travel was observed.
Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible. Tips can remain anonymous and can be provided to the Lyndhurst Police Department or the Cleveland Division of the FBI.
