(Cleveland) - Cleveland Clinic can keep its bragging rights. For the second year straight, Cleveland Clinic is ranked the number two hospital in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. University Hospitals also did well in the magazine's rankings.
Cleveland Clinic continues to be ranked #1 by the magazine in cardiology and heart surgery, and for the first time, it is ranked #1 in urology.
The study ranks Cleveland Clinic as the #1 hospital in Ohio. It's number #2 ranking in the nation puts it only behind Mayo Clinic, in Minnesota.
The magazine also gave high rankings to specialties at University Hospitals, ranking them among the nation's top 50 in cancer, ear, nose & throat, gastroenterology, geriatrics, gynecology, nephrology, neurology & neurosurgery, and orthopedics.
