US Marshals Search For Cleveland Murder Suspect

(CLEVELAND) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Brisean Shepherd. Shepherd is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for homicide following a shooting on May 19, 2017.

On May 19, 2017, Shepherd allegedly shot 50 year old Ellis Smith inside a residence on the 13400 Block of Ashburton Road in Cleveland as the result of a verbal argument that ensued into physical confrontation. Smith was transported to University Hospital but later died from the gunshot wound.

Shepherd is a 42 year old black male, standing approximately 6’02” and weighing 230 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Shepherd’s last known address was in East Cleveland, Ohio on Glynn Ave. Shepherd is still believed to be in the Cleveland area.
