(CLEVELAND) - A 28 year old Medina woman was killed when her s-u-v was struck by a falling tree on River Styx Road in Montville Township Friday afternoon, about 40 miles outside of Cleveland.
Devon Cook and her infant child were travelling down River Styx when the tree fell from the passenger's side with the driver's side receiving most of the damage.
Cook died at the scene. Her child was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Montville Police say the crash seems to be a 'freak and terrible accident'.
