(MENTOR) - The City of Mentor will be unveiling a new Amphitheater complex with a special grand opening event featuring multi-platinum 90s alt-rock legends, Soul Asylum, followed by fireworks.
The new facility features a stage, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, and two 14’ x 7’ video boards. The grounds can comfortably accommodate 4,500 attendees with a full capacity of around 9,000. The city says the amphitheater was built to enhance the performing arts opportunities in the City of Mentor. Other upcoming events will include classical performances, plays, operas, movie nights and more.
