Cleveland - Police say a 3-year-old girl was struck by a car and killed Saturday night, after she apparently darted into the street after her older brother.
Police say it happened about 9:30PM Saturday in the 2700 block of Loop Drive.
Investigators say the incident is not a hit skip.
The driver remained on the scene and there was no indication of impairment, but he was arrested for a suspended driver's license.
Police have not released the victim's identity.
