Newark, Ohio - An Ohio Amber Alert has been issued statewide for an abducted child.
The alert was issued for 1 year old Keiria Marie Trent.
Police say the child was taken by her father Sunday afternoon at 5:00PM at a residence in Licking County where her sister was watching her.
Police say the suspect is Matthew R. Trent.
He's described as a 27-year-old white male, five feet 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was driving a black 2006 Saturn Ion with red rims and Ohio plate GUF5050.
Police say he is possibly armed and dangerous and threatening suicide.
The child is described as a white female, three feet tall, weighing thirty pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She is possibly wearing either a blue princess tutu or a strapless pink striped dress with flowers.
Police say the child also has a bruise on her right cheek.
