CLEVELAND, OH - Only a week after taking in an Indians game with his sons, actor Matthew McConaughey cheered on the Cavs at Quicken Loans Arena Tuesday night for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Playoffs. 

The Oscar winning actor is in Cleveland shooting a film.
