For Mike Bolsinger, eight consecutive balls ended up costing him a pair of runs as the Indians topped the Blue Jays 6-0 on Tuesday evening at the Rogers Centre. Three of the Tribe’s six runs came from runners who reached via walk or hit by pitch in a game defined by opportunistic hitting.
