(Undated) - The leaders of several northeast Ohio school districts are thanking voters for their support in the May primary election.
A majority of school districts' requests for new money passed yesterday, including Chagrin Falls, Rocky River and Cardinal.
Parma and Brooklyn voters rejected their districts' proposed tax hikes.
Bond issues to build and renovate schools passed in North Royalton and Shaker Heights.
Meantime, Cuyahoga County elections officials are reporting no problems from the rollout of new electronic poll books. The Board of Elections launched the computerized check-in system in yesterday's election after two years of testing.
E-poll books are touted as a faster way to check voters into their polling place and ensure voters are casting ballots in the right place.
