After eight days off since their first-round sweep over the Indiana Pacers, the Cavs came out and dispatched of the Toronto Raptors in Game One, 116-105 in front of a sold out crowd of 20,562 fans at Quicken Loans Arena. The Raptors made the final score respectable after the Cavs pulled their starters leading by 18 points, 110-92.
