(GARFIELD HEIGHTS) - Police are investigating a death in Garfield Heights as a homicide. Police found a woman's body inside a home in the 12800 block of Orme Road after being called by family members Monday night to check on the woman. Family members told WTAM News the woman was last seen dropping her daughter off at Garfield Heights High School on Monday morning. Family also reported that her car was missing; a blue Nissan Versa, which police are looking for.
The woman's name has not been released, and police have not identified a suspect. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner were also investigating at the scene.
