(Cleveland)-Interviews in the Tamir Rice case have been released. For the first time, we're hearing directly from Clevealand Police Officers trimothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback. They are the officers who were cleared by a grand jury in the shooting death of Tamir Rice outside the Cudell Recreation Center in Cleveland in November of 2014. They still face administrative charges. The family of Tamir Rice settled with the city of Cleveland in a wrongful death lawsuit for $6 million dollars.
