Ex-basketball coach gets 3 years in prison

(Cleveland) - A former Euclid basketball coach is going to prison for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female student.  

Kevon Smith was sentenced today to three years behind bars. He must register as a sex offender each month for the rest of his life once his prison term is over.  

Smith pleaded guilty last month to two counts of sexual battery and one count each of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
