(Cleveland) -- Northeast Ohio is drying out after torrential downpours left some communities underwater. The heavy rain yesterday caused flash flooding along Brookpark Road in Brooklyn and Parma, forcing first responders to use rafts to rescue dozens of people. No injuries were reported.
