Neighbors say they are shocked and saddened by the death of 74 year old father of nine Robert Godwin, who was shot dead while walking home, picking up cans, after an Easter gathering with family. Steven Stephens pulled to the side of the road, got out, and randomly shot Godwin, blaming his actions on a breakup with his girlfriend, then posted the shooting on Facebook. A memorial of balloons and flowers is growing at the area of East 93rd and St. Clair in Cleveland, where the incident happened.
