Police: Man Steals 2 Sewing Machines

WESTLAKE, OH - Police in Westlake are on the lookout for a thief accused of taking something most robbers would usually pass by. 

Just after 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, police say a man walked into the Pat Catan's in Westlake and took two sewing machines. Police say the guy took them out of the rear door and loaded them in a car before driving off. The value: $900 for the Brother brands. 

The suspect is described as a white male, tall, thin in his late 20's /early 30's.  He has very short red hair and a scruffy beard.  His black hooded sweatshirt had a "Monster" energy drink logo on the front. He also wore jeans. 

According to police. the vehicle involved is an older black Dodge Neon two door driven by another male.
