(Westlake) – Westlake Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a missing man.
On Tuesday, 47-year-old Ceriece “Cecil” Jackson of North Olmsted walked away from his job in Westlake and took an RTA bus downtown. He has not been heard from since.
Jackson is developmentally disabled, and suffers from a mental illness. It is not known if he has his medications with him.
Police say Jackson is street savvy, and has been known to sleep on streets in the past. After similar incidents in the past, Jackson was found in East Cleveland, and at Northfield Park.
He is currently a ward of the state.
Jackson is 6’ tall, heavy build, is bald, has brown eyes, and a prosthetic left leg.
If you see him, call local police, or Westlake Police at 440-871-3311.
