(Cleveland, OH) -- There are calls for a federal investigation into Cuyahoga County Child Protective Services after the death of a five-year-old girl. Members of Black Lives Matter rallied downtown yesterday, claiming county social workers failed to rescue Ta'naejah McCloud before she was beaten to death last month. County officials say a child welfare investigation into the child's parents was open when she died. Two previous abuse complaints were ruled unsubstantiated.
