(Elyria) - A 47 year old woman charged with murder, in the suffocation death of her 26-year-old daughter is going to prison after taking a plea deal.
Janet Tyburski is sentenced to 19 years to life after reaching an agreement with Lorain County prosecutors to avoid trial.
Investigators say Tyburski killed her daughter Rachele at their Lakewood home in March 2015 and dumped her body in a North Ridgeville Field two days later with the help of younger daughter Hannah, who is now charged with corpse abuse, tampering with evidence and obstructing justice.
Tyburski is now convicted of aggravated murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
At first she pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in the case. Police say they solved the crime with the help of security video.
