UPDATE: Stolen Humvee From National Guard Found

STOW, OH - A military Humvee, stolen on Wednesday from the Ohio National Guard Armory in Stow, has been found.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said it was found late Friday in the garage of an abandoned home in Trumbull County. No arrests have been made in the case.

State Troopers said that the thief cut through a chain link fence to an area where the Humvee was stored on Wednesday.  The thief disabled the locking mechanism and drove the vehicle away from the Armory.

The photo in this story is not of the stolen Humvee, but of one that’s very similar.
