Cleveland man sentenced for Tribe fan attack

(Cleveland) - A man accused of attacking a Florida Tribe fan following Game 6 of the World Series in Cleveland is going to prison.  

Anthony Johnson was sentenced today to 13 years behind bars.  The 24 year old received ten years for the assault and three years for a separate domestic violence conviction.  

Johnson stole the 35 year old victim's phone as well as his money in a Progressive Field parking lot and then broke the man's tooth, and jaw, knocking unconscious and leaving him for dead.

The attack was caught on video. Johnson was caught after using the victim's credit card.
