(Kirtland Hills) -- Lake County prosecutors say it will only take one good tip to reopen the investigation into a nearly 25-year-old murder case. Raymond Timbrook was found dead inside his car in March of 1992, the victim of a shooting. Kirtland Hills police closed the case after being unable to file charges. Timbrook's family says somebody knows something and they need to talk to prosecutors.
