BROOKLYN, OH - Two Brooklyn Police officers were injured after a car chase. It happened Friday afternoon just after 2 p.m.
Brooklyn Police say an officer pulled over a driver in a car used in a prior theft. The cop recognized the driver, told him to get out of his car, but the driver sped off; dragging the officer.
After a short chase the driver crashed his car.
Police say two Brooklyn officers were treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital. The suspect is in custody. Charges are expected Monday.
