(Cleveland) - Not only have we shattered our record high temperature for today, which was previously set back in 1961 at 69°F, we're also getting close to breaking our ALL-TIME record high temperature ever recorded for the month of February in Cleveland!
Kirk Lombardy of the National Weather Service tells Newsradio WTAM 1100, the temperature hit 76 degrees in Cleveland today.
However, the summerlike break is short-lived.
Thunderstorms are already rumbling through northwest Ohio, and a severe thunderstorm watch is in effect until 12:34AM.
Temperatures will be more seasonal on Saturday, with rain, wind and temperatures falling through the 40s into the 30s.
