(CLEVELAND) - A faulty air conditioner is being blamed for some thick black smoke seen rising from Tower City this afternoon. The Cleveland Fire Department said the unit caught fire before noon, and took around a half an hour to extinguish. Part of the building was evacuated for a short time, but there was no interior damage and no one was hurt.
