(Berea)-The parents of an 8-year old boy are facing child endangerment charges in connection with his heroin overdose. Berea police say the boy somehow got his hands on the drug earlier this month. Charles Dowdy and Danielle Simko are due in Cuyahoga County Court after being indicted. Police say they found drugs and needles at their home and suspected both parents were high at the time.
