(Cleveland) – A new location has been found for the funeral for 14-year-old Alianna DeFreeze, the Cleveland girl who went missing on her way to school, and whose body was found in an abandoned house.
The funeral, originally scheduled for New Spirit Revival Church, in the Civic building on Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights, has been moved to Imani Temple Ministries, on N. Taylor Road, also in Cleveland Heights. The wake will be at 12:00 p.m., and the funeral at 12:30.
The funeral was moved after New Spirit church told Alianna’s family that there were staffing issues, but a report on Cleveland 19 says Alianna’s father didn’t want the funeral at New Spirit, because the church’s pastor is a supporter of President Donald Trump. During the presidential campaign, Trump spoke to a group of pastors at that church.
