This week our Featured Furry Friend is a fun-loving pooch named Clay. This pretty girl is about 4 years old and is a staff and volunteer favorite. She is a little shy, but she warms up to people quickly, especially if you toss her a tennis ball (her FAVORITE toy!) Clay is also a huge fan of walks and loves to explore all around town. She participated in a pack walk last month and loved being around all different people. This pretty pup has a playful side and after Clay has had some fun, she has no problem cozying up to you for some cuddles and will lean into pets and affection. Clay has done well with other dogs and children and would make a great family dog. No one is quite sure why she is still looking for a home…she came to the APL almost a YEAR ago back in February!
