This week out Featured Furry Friend is a 10 year old former stray named Kipper. Kipper was brought to the APL by a Good Samaritan back in February who noticed what bad shape he was in. Kipper had a URI, bad teeth, multiple bites and not surprisingly was FIV+. (FIV is a disease that effects the immune system).One he was treated at the APL, he went to a foster home to recuperate. That is where his true sweet personality came through. Kipper is loving and VERY affectionate with people. He wants nothing more than to cuddle up in your lap.
