CLEVELAND--With 10 games left in the 2019 regular season, every game is a must-win for an Indians team looking for a seat in the American League Postseason. It was Yasiel Puig who had a RBI Walk-Off single in the 10th inning with two outs and the Cleveland Indians defeat the Detroit Tigers 2-1.

SportsTime Ohio's Andre Knott (who along with Puig was soaked by Lindor) talked to Puig about the play and respect.

Puig recorded the game winning hit off Jose Cisnero (0-4) who took the loss. Adam Cimber (6-3) takes the decision with his flawless 10th inning.

The story of this game (until the walk-off) was the work of Aaron Civale who had his longest outing of his career with 7 2/3 innings of work with only four hits and one run. The play of the day came in the fourth inning between Greg Allen and Roberto Perez which saved the game for the Tribe.

Before extras, the only scores in the game came from the third inning with both teams. Victor Reyes sacrifice fly to bring home Jake Rogers put the Tigers on the board first. Then Carlos Santana tagged a RBI single to bring home Ryan Flaherty.

The Indians are 17-1 against the Tigers. If that becomes 18-1 Thursday Night, the 2019 Indians will tie their franchise record with the 1954 Indians against Baltimore with 17 straight wins against one team.
