CHICAGO, IL -- In a fourth inning that was full of errors and mistakes, Bauer expressed frustration as he walked off the mound screaming after an inning ending strikeout. Following the fourth inning, Bauer looked both angry and locked in as he began to come into his own. Trevor Bauer gave up 4 unearned runs, with the defense behind him committing 4 errors. This was the most errors in a game for the Indians since May 30th, 2016 against the Texas Rangers.

The Indians' lone run came on a lead-off homer by Francisco Lindor that traveled a distance of 437 ft to left center field. The tribe mustered at least one base hit in each of the first six innings, but were unable to drive in any runs.

During yesterday's blowout, Yolmer Sanchez stole third and the Indians were not happy about it. Fast forwarding to tonight's game, tribe starter Trevor Bauer threw at Sanchez in the second inning. During the top of the fourth inning, Dylan Covey appeared to intentionally hit Roberto Perez but missed behind him, as the home-plate umpire warned both dugouts.

Dylan Covey earned his first win as a starter since July 21st of last year, and was 0-10 leading up to tonight's game. Despite a rather impressive outing, Trevor Bauer is hit with his 5th loss of the season, moving to 4-5 on the season. The Indians will face off against the Pale Hose in the third game of the four-game series. Jefry Rodriguez will get the ball for the visiting Indians, facing off against White Sox starter Ivan Nova. First pitch is set for 2:10 pm at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago, Illinois.
