A 15-year old Dallas boy is facing a murder rap following a shooting at a high school basketball game Jan. 11.
18-Year old victim, Marc Strickland, has now passed away from a bullet wound to the chest, suffered when the gunfire erupted at a game between South Oak Cliff and Kimball High Schools.
Players and fans had to duck for cover when gunfire broke out following a scuffle in the stands.
The 15-year old suspect has not been identified since he's a juvenile. Charges have now been upgraded to murder from aggravated assault.
