Suspended Cleveland Police officer Solomon Nhiwatiwa is jailed on $300,000 bond after pleading not guilty Monday to charges he tried to kidnap a 12 year old Eulid girl before urinating on the child.
The 34 year old Nhiwatiwa is accused of approaching the victim at a bus stop and pulling off the sick crimes, all while filming it.
In light of the charges, Nhiwatiwa had his home broken in to last week while jailed. Burglars took guns, ammo, his computer hard drive, flash drive and cell phone. He's due back in court Sept. 3.
