There is apparently not much faith on the part of employees when it comes to their supervisors. A new survey, by SWNS Digital, indicates one in three workers are convinced their managers have no idea what they do at the office.
Forty-one percent believe their bosses would not be able to complete a day's work in their specific capacities.
Twenty-five percent of workers say their supervisors are not concerned for their well being or happiness. One-fifth of employees would not describe their supervisors as understanding or empathetic.
All this said, not all employees have a poor outlook on their bosses. Thirty-percent say they have good relationships with their managers in their professional environments.
